Job Overview Oversees team of analysts in multiple projects, maintains existing financial models and supports management on strategic and financial decisions by clearly and succinctly summarizing insights, risks and recommendations. Job Requirements Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; leading real-time financial performance monitoring. Leading the planning, analysis, and reporting of financial information; presenting the analysis in a comprehensive manner (including emails, presentation decks and analyst-led meetings) for other departments and leaders to understand and take actions accordingly. Preparing reporting structures, developing new processes and creating internal guidelines and best practices; suggesting improvements in existing processes. Coaching and developing team members to optimize performance and upskilling team's financial reporting and analysis capability. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
