STRATEGIC SOURCING ANALYST III - INDIRECT

Job Overview The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for all indirect procurement activities. You will source goods and services within assigned indirect categories, collaborate with global category and country procurement organizations, lead savings projects, manage supplier relationships and support supply base rationalization activities, create synergies and drive sustainable compliance improvements that are aligned with local and regional needs. Supports the development and execution of commodity strategy for the procurement team and drives the leading indicators like savings pipeline. Job Requirements Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet production and project requirements Analyze and provide feedback to appropriate departments on part status / requirements for fulfilling customer demand. Manage delivery of critical component parts and product delivery with suppliers and contract manufacturing and critical supply partners to meet customer requirements. Escalation of any issues to relevant sourcing analyst. Monitor & reporting KPI targets with actions– delivery on time, confirmation of purchase orders. Invoice processing, resolving blocked invoices & amendments of purchase orders What your background should look like Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in indirect procurement, experience in manufacturing company is a must. Experience in at least 2 commodities including MRO, Facility, Automation Line, HR services. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills Strong customer orientated person and candid attitude Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work in a matrix environment Ability to work independently as indirect procurement representative.
