Job Requirements Directing production activities in accordance with production schedules and established priorities, ensuring maximum utilization of assigned resources, materials, and equipment. Overseeing production operations, addressing complaints, and resolving issues as per applicable laws and the organization's policy. Evaluating and assessing specifications, making adjustments to the process to ensure conformity to specifications. Interpreting procedures, methods, and correct use of production equipment for production leads and operators, ensuring standard and efficient processes are followed. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
