Job Overview The Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end planning, materials management, and inventory control to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing cost and operational efficiency. This role leads demand forecasting, production planning, and cross-functional coordination across supply, manufacturing, and customer teams. Job Requirements Lead demand planning, material planning, and inventory management processes Drive KPI performance (inventory turns, DOH, service levels, lead time reduction) Develop and execute production and supply plans aligned with business targets Optimize supply chain processes and implement global SOPs Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and global planning teams Manage customer communication, delivery performance, and issue resolution Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team to achieve operational excellence Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization programs What your background should look like Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field 10+ years in supply chain/material planning within manufacturing or OEM Minimum 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role Strong skills in planning, forecasting, inventory control, and data analysis Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment Good English communication (verbal and written) Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
