Job Overview 岗位概述 Support plants NPI projects flawlessly launch on time from SCM perspective Ensure on time material supply from suppliers to support NPI project requirements. Control inventory in NPI stage Job Requirements Responsibilities & Qualifications 工作职责和任职要求 Responsibilities 工作职责 : - Work with Pjm to provide the optimization production plans and material requirement plans to ensure NPI project on time delivery - Track the material and production progress, coordinate and resolve abnormal problems, balance production capacity and customer demand, and adjust the production plan and material supply accordingly - Work with Pjm for the NPI project material preparation identification, calculation, order release and material delivery follow up, balance the excess and shortage risk, deal with the excess inventory and aging PO - Be responsible for the daily management of NPI planning team, including work assignment, performance appraisal, skill training and work guidance, to improve NPI planning team overall capabilities - Promote the standardization and informatization construction of NPI planning work processes and optimize the related production planning and material planning processes. - Maintain close communication with Pjm, SCM other functions, CS, productions and other departments, coordinate and solve cross-department problems - Participate in the company’s S&OP meetings, report the NPI planning related contents such as inventory, aging PO, critical NPI projects status and key other highlights What your background should look like Education 教育背景 Bachelor degree or above,magor in logistics management, Supply Chain management, production management or related field is perferredQualification & Certification 资质证书 Experience 工作经验 More than 8 years PMC work experience in foreign company, over 3 years of experience in the same management position, familiar with the whole material control in manufacturing industry Technical Skill & Competencies 专业能力 - Proficient in core skills such as production plan formulation, material demand analysis and inventory control, with strong data analysis ability - Skilled in operating ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Kingdee etc and office software - Excellent overall planning, communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities, able to work under certain pressure - Strong team management ability and sense of responsibility, clear logical thinking and rigorous work attitude - Good oral English Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
