Job Overview Oversees the development, support and continued improvement of manufacturing processes and platforms. Job Requirements Managing the planning, documentation, implementation, support and maintenance of manufacturing processes, procedures, machinery and tooling to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality and safety. Researching on process performance data to identify and implement process changes that improve yield, runtime, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Managing the activities and resources for manufacturing engineers, product design, and support personnel. Providing ongoing support for manufacturing problems and deficiencies; troubleshooting technically challenging production problems. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
