Manager - O&M (Substation)

Position Title Assistant Manager – O&M – Line Manager Position Summary Handling of operation and Maintenance of above 2000 KM Line maintenance. Availability for 765 KV and 400 KV lines. Managing of O&M activities and Handling of complete PM activies cycle of the O&M Management through planning, tracking daily line patrolling process and taking necessary measures to stay on course. Position Demands Frequent Travel Required Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Interacting with external agencies , clients , architects & consultants on determining technical specification , Approvals for smooth of operations. ✓ Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management. ✓ Experience of 400 KV & 765 KV Line charging & O&M commissioning work. ✓ ERS rout alignment and Installation work for Tower collops emergency work. ✓ Monitoring and record of Regular ground patrolling work of line in Operation & Maintenance work. ✓ Maintain line availability and reliability of Transmission Line with regular maintenance activities. ✓ Coordination with DISCOM, NRLDC & State LDC for getting outage shutdown for regular maintenance work Competencies Behavioural - Impact and Influence Behavioural - Information Seeking Behavioural - Initiative Behavioural - Innovative Thinking Functional - Financial Functional - Operational Functional - People Functional - Strategic About Us Resonia, formerly Sterlite Power, is a leading private sector power transmission infrastructure developer and solutions provider.
