Key Responsibilities 1. Characterization Lab Activities – Primary role - Primary role as a key contributor to activities in the Innovation lab (SRP&4PP) - Sample Preparation: Identify products and prepare samples according to established technical instructions, including precise mechanical cutting and polishing. - Measurement Execution: Configure, calibrate, and operate lab equipment to perform high-precision measurements. A primary focus will be on Spreading Resistance Profiling (SRP) and 4-Point Probe (4PP) to characterize semiconductor dopant profiles and resistivity. -
