Furnace Process Engineer

Requirements & qualifications Degree in Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience as process engineer, process owner, process integration engineer Hands-on experience in handling 300mm vertical furnaces especially TEL/KE platforms Foundational knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing process flows Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)/Reaction Mechanism (RM), Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) Strong critical thinking and data analytical skills to solve complex engineering problems Proficiency in SiView, Klarity, JMP and E3 is an added advantage.
