Lease Management Officer

Job Purpose To support lease management operations, ensuring accurate and timely handling of tenant-related matters. Responsibilities • Support management of tenant-related operations, including reconciliation, and processing activities • Monitor and maintain data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in systems such as Simplicity • Perform reconciliation of tenant accounts and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies • Process and track tenant-related transactions, including refunds, in a timely manner • Monitor operational processes and follow up on outstanding matters • Maintain proper documentation and records in compliance with internal policies • Liaise with tenants, internal teams, and external vendors where required • Support lease administration and any other duties assigned from time to time Qualifications & Work Experience • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or related disciplines preferred • Relevant working experience in finance operations or lease management will be advantageous • Candidates with strong analytical skills, including fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply Preferred Experience • Familiar with financial systems such as SAP • Experience with lease management or related operational systems such as Simplicity • Exposure to data reporting and reconciliation processes Skills • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Meticulous with attention to detail • Good communication and coordination skills • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Retail and Advertising Solutions & Services Partner Stellar Lifestyle is the largest managing agent of retail and advertising spaces in Singapore’s rail network.
