Talent Sourcer

Our in-house recruiting team is expanding! We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to help shape the growth of our engineering organization. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to identify, engage and attract exceptional software engineers, infrastructure engineers and quantitative developers. This role goes well beyond candidate sourcing. You'll influence hiring strategy, build long-term talent pipelines, provide market intelligence and continuously improve how we recruit technical talent.
