About The Role

Your Responsibilities Responsible for the operational leadership of a scaled agile organization (“Value Stream Organization”, depending on size approx. 6–12 teams or currently being built), together with the Business Lead and the Lead Architects Responsibility for software development processes, organizational leadership, and coordination of tasks in people management Preparation and facilitation of agile ceremonies at scaled level: o Iteration planning o Regular alignment and course correction during the iteration o Refinement of the overall Product Backlog o Review of results with stakeholders o Retrospective of the agile organization Routine identification, prioritization, and active management of impediments Ensuring strong collaboration between different roles, teams, and stakeholders as well as fostering a constructive feedback culture Leadership of the Agile Masters of the agile organization Responsibility for the continuous improvement process Participation in the global agile community as well as support of SEEBURGER’s agile transformation Your Profile Ideally 2–3 years of experience as Chief Agile Master / Chief Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer or comparable role, responsible for a scaled agile setup with at least 5 teams Alternatively, at least 5 years of experience as Agile Master / Scrum Master and readiness for the next step, including experience in a scaled agile environment with at least 5 teams in total Several years of experience in people management and organizational development, at least at team level Experience in theory and practice of agile scaling frameworks such as LeSS, Nexus, SAFe; ideally in a leading role at scaling level Education in software development is desirable, but at least 5 years of experience in the software business required Fluent communication in German and English High seniority in appearance (at least 10 years of professional experience in total) Strong skills in facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution Positive attitude and strong identification with agile values and principles High level of initiative and proactivity Our Benefits Flexible work: Trust-based working hours, remote work, and up to 20 days of workation 30 vacation days as well as extra days off for your volunteer work, and you get your birthday off Financial extras: Christmas bonus, subsidy for company pension plan, childcare allowance, bike leasing, Germany ticket, tax-free benefits via Edenred, and private accident insurance Further education: Digital learning platforms, internal and external training opportunities EGYM Wellpass: Access to thousands of sports and wellness offers Health & well-being: Stress prevention, health days, vaccinations, relaxation and activity rooms Modern work environment on campus with coffee bar, cafeteria, and free beverages Events & team spirit: Summer and winter parties, after-work events, sports groups, our own band, and participation in events like B2Run Contact Recruiting: Nina Muckenfuß <[email hidden]>
