Job Description To compile a market remuneration report and make a comparison report against company benefits & an ad-hoc survey To record benefit data in a timely manner and prepare relevant statistical data and reports To analyze cost, number of applications etc to determine the effectivness of benefits. To administer the benefits function in accordance with the Company’s policies and Standard Operating Procedures. To organize an awareness programme or event such as SOCSO Talk and Income Tax Awareness Talk to all employees. To arrange necessary meetings with Government Officers and to facilitate additional documents required by Government Officers. To ensure all policies & procedures are followed and deadlines are met. To attend to employees on all matters connected to the C&B section. To Attend to administrative functions and hoc-projects as and when required. Qualification / Competency Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent Preferably with 1-year experience in HR Compensation & Benefits Display maturity and command respect Possess a good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided Personality Detail oriented (meticulous with figures) Friendly and people-oriented Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Strong initiative and drive for success Resourceful Be part of an exciting history-in-the-making, help shape the future with us.
