About The Role

Advanced Electric Systems is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Fiber Technicians. This is an opportunity to build a career in the fiber optic and electrical infrastructure industry while receiving hands-on training and working alongside experienced Fiber Technicians and Journeymen. The majority of our fiber work involves OPGW (Optical Ground Wire) fiber splicing, installation, and testing on high-voltage transmission infrastructure. As an Apprentice Fiber Technician, you will learn the skills and procedures necessary to safely and properly perform OPGW fiber work while developing your technical abilities in the field.
