Skilled Laborer - Civil

The Skilled Laborer performs a variety of field construction and maintenance tasks under the supervision of higher-level employees. Work involves assisting crews with general labor, equipment operation, job site preparation, and supporting extra workloads, absences, and vacations, as well as unusual changes in the production area or weather conditions. The position is primarily outdoors and requires clothing
