MRI Tech Assistant

Establishes, oversees, and coordinates imaging services patients and procedures for efficient operation of the imaging department. Responsibilities include interacting collaboratively with radiologists, imaging staff, and other sectional staff and supervisors. To facilitate the day-to-day functions of the imaging department, assuring smooth patient workflow in within the department, verifies order / prescription validity, and obtains current lab values when necessary. Assist the radiology, MRI, CT, nuclear medicine or ultrasound technologists with transporting patients.
