This position warmly welcomes guests, manages seating, coordinates reservations, and works closely with servers and management to ensure an outstanding dining experience before, during, and after events. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment while delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service. This role supports a variety of sporting events, concerts, conventions, banquets, private functions, and other live entertainment events, requiring flexibility and professionalism throughout every shift.
