Job Overview Work schedule: 3rd shift (11pm-7am) Job location: Onsite – Grand Rapids MI Role: The Manufacturing Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production process. They ensure equipment runs efficiently, safely, and meets quality standards by monitoring operations, adjusting machine settings, and performing routine inspections. Operators read and interpret technical instructions, troubleshoot minor issues, and collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Produce in accordance with procedures and standards (production, quality, flows, health & safety, etc.) Record production on the relevant sheets.
