Area Manager - Ireland

To lead and manage daily operations across Ireland to achieve business goals and maximise profitability. As an Area Manager your duties include leading and managing Store Management and teams in your area, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimising operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, being accountable for area KPIs and overall Sales performance. You will take a customer first approach within the role, ensuring that all decisions and actions taken have a customer centric approach, working and influencing key stake holders and colleagues in the business to create a positive customer and colleague experience.
