Midweight Packaging Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Design team as a Midweight Packaging Designer, reporting to the Head of Design.We are looking for a commercially minded and ambitious designer with a passion for packaging, innovation and sustainability. You'll play a key role in developing engaging packaging solutions across our three brands, enhancing the customer experience while balancing commercial objectives and environmental impact <considerations.You>'ll be a confident communicator with strong presentation skills, capable of articulating design rationale to senior stakeholders. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively identifying solutions, anticipating challenges and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers. You'll also manage and mentor Assistant Designers, helping to develop their skills and confidence.
