Closing date: 13/08/2026 Number of positions: 1 Recruiter name: Larla Anne Brazil Landicho Reference number: 72029 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Lead the delivery of a seamless, premium maternity journey by fully supporting the patient throughout the antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum phases by providing high quality patient-centric and evidence-based midwifery care while ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company. This role balances the medical safety of a highly skilled midwife with the personalized logistics of a private concierge. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk, policies, procedures and relevant legislation. To provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions according to company standard and legal requirements To facilitate positive patient experience through VIP Concierge & Experience Management services by creating a conducive environment as guided by company principles and initiatives To utilize all required stock and equipment efficiently, according to Mediclinic guidelines To create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees REQUIRED EDUCATION Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery or Bachelors degree in Nursing with a Midwifery Diploma Relevant Life Support courses i.e. NRP, PROMPT, Advanced CTG REQUIRED EXPERIENCE A minimum of 5 years hands on experience in antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care in leading healthcare institutions A minimum of 2 years in VIP maternity services as coordinator or client-facing role REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Basic Arabic language skills Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications Verbal and written communication skills in English All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
