Manager, Finance (Consolidation and Reporting) (Based in Singapore)

The Role This position will be responsible for assigned portfolio in the Finance Department for Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT). Job Responsibilities Ensure timely month end closing, intercompany reconciliation and preparation of monthly management reporting. Support monthly/ quarterly management reporting and work with internal asset management team on analysing monthly/ quarterly/ year-to-date financial performance. Ensure timely preparation of full set of financial statements for group reporting and statutory audit, and manage the audit process, including liaising with auditors. Handle tax matters, including preparation of tax computations, working closely with tax consultants on tax computation/ filing submissions, and liasing with consultants and/or authorities on queries. Key driver for implementation of group policies, processes and systems. Support any other ad-hoc projects as required. Job Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy from a recognised university, or its equivalent. At least 5 to 6 years of relevant and / or auditing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Well-versed in Local GAAP and IFRS. Experience in SAP and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Tagetik would be highly advantageous. Candidates with prior experience in REIT reporting will have an added advantage. Experience in real estate or financial services industry is a clear advantage. Hands on finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible, assertive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Frequent liaison with various parties such as inter-department teams, property accountants and auditors; hence good verbal and written communication skills are required. #LI-Hybrid
