Your Contribution As a Key User Payroll (m/f/d) - temporary until 31.08.2028 , you are responsible for the analysis, payroll tax evaluation, and implementation of payroll-related and time management matters. In this role, you ensure the legally compliant mapping of operational, collective bargaining, and statutory changes within payroll processes. Coordinating the implementation of new requirements in SAP HCM Performing monthly and annual closing activities Providing expert support for system and process changes, as well as analyzing complex issues and special cases Handling special topics and contributing to projects, particularly within the scope of digitalization initiatives Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies in payroll tax matters, in close coordination with Compliance and Legal departments Collaborating with internal departments, production sites, and external collection agencies Creating specific reports and statistics Coordinating testing activities and ensuring proper documentation Supporting and accompanying tax and social security audits Your Experience and Qualifications Successfully completed commercial training with additional qualifications, training as a tax clerk, or a dual study program with a focus on HR or tax law Solid and several years of experience in payroll accounting Ideally, knowledge of collective bargaining agreements in the metal and electrical industry Sound knowledge of reporting procedures, as well as comprehensive and up-to-date expertise in social security and payroll tax law Strong SAP and key user expertise in payroll and time management Proficiency in common MS Office applications Good command of English; business fluent English is an advantage #TeamMAHLE is diverse and we see that as a great advantage!
