Private Equity Finance Paralegal

The Paralegal III (Private Equity Finance) is an integral part of Latham’s Legal Professional and Paralegal team. This role will be responsible for providing advanced legal and procedural support to attorneys on complex private equity finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, fund finance, and other borrower-side financing transactions, while coordinating transaction logistics from inception through closing, including maintaining transaction checklists, execution processes, closing logistics, and post-closing deliverables.
