Culinary Associate I/Dish Room - Culinary/Nutrition

The Culinary Associate I:Ensures dishes, utensils, pots and pans are clean, dry, and stored appropriately. Performs general cleaning tasks as assigned, including mopping floors. Follows HACCP principles in completing tasks. Performs other duties as assigned.- Accurately manages position paperwork (dish machine temperatures, 3-compartment sink form, etc.).- Follows correct hand hygiene procedures (uses gloves when scrapping trays, washes hands between working on dirty side of dish room and clean side, etc.).- Utilizes appropriate scripting and responds to patients/internal and external customers (responds to internal customers such as Cafeteria staff, Expeditors, Call Center staff, Supervisors, Physician Lounge attendant, and each other in a way that promotes collaboration).-...
