Why You’ll Love This Role Fixed Shifts: Choose Day or Afternoon — no rotating roster Work–Life Balance: Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities (including weekends) Great Team & Stable Environment : Join a supportive crew in a high ‑ performing plant Shift Options: Day Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on production equipment Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and general mechanical tasks Support continuous improvement and ensure equipment reliability What We’re Looking For Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent) Positive attitude, safety ‑ focused mindset, strong communication skills Fault ‑ finding and diagnostic skills Any experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and/or welding (MIG/TIG) and/or experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment would be great to have, but not essential. Confined Space, BA c ompetency, and forklift licence would also be highly regarded.
