This role focuses on transforming complex HR data into meaningful analytics through advanced reporting, visualization, and storytelling. The Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in HR reporting and analytics, partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to design and implement scalable dashboards, automate reporting processes, and drive data accuracy and governance.
