International SOS Government Services administers the TRICARE Overseas Program providing high-quality, accessible health care services for U.S. Military service members, family members, retirees, and other eligible beneficiaries overseas. We are currently seeking an OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (Japanese-English Bilingual) to support our TRICARE operations in Japan. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination between local Japanese medical providers and U.S. military bases. Key Responsibilities To ensure the accurate and timely processing of Japan authorisations and attendant appointments, within International SOS standards and contractual KPIs To ensure the accurate timely functioning of the Japan Payments Processing including upload to the client portals and claim reimbursement Help resolve claims issues on behalf of local healthcare providers and US military patients, working with International SOS teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution within TRICARE rules About You Experience demonstrating customer service skills in the private sector Claims/billing experience Knowledge of hospital/medical administration a plus Attention to detail Able to work to tight timelines Proactive problem solver, analytical thinker, good organizational skills Comfortable with financial data and reconciliations Experience studying or living overseas a plus Business level English Fluent in Japanese Benefits Warm, supportive and open company culture Full-time (paid) induction training, regular coaching to further support and develop your skills We celebrate diversity on a global scale and encourage every colleague to bring their personal best by creating an environment of inclusion and equal support #LinkedinJapan #Japan #LI-Onsit
