Job Bridge Globals client is an industry leader in the heavy civil construction sector, specializing in bridge rehabilitation and construction. We are looking for Concrete Form setters (Carpenters) & Finishers to join our team.

Wages are $CAD 24.00 per hour. Over time paid after 48 hours.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Building and setting up formwork
• Pour and vibrate concrete
• Finish concrete
• Strip forms in a safe manner
• Assists other workers with general labour activities when required
• Adapt easily to different formwork systems
• Work with a variety of hand tools, power tools and equipment used in concrete construction.
• General housekeeping duties

You should have

• 2-3 years experience in building & setting forms in the heavy civil construction industry
• Able to read standard formwork drawings
• Dependable work attendance
• A positive attitude and teamworking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety, following all rules and regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
