Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, we are seeking a Guest Relations Executive to create a memorable guest experience. • World renowned hotel within China • High profile position within The Peninsula Hotels • Favourable remuneration package Key accountabilities • Provide full-range VIP greetings, escort and in-stay personalized services to uphold hotel brand image • Maintain VIP profiles, prepare relevant reports and attend training and meetings • Coordinate with all departments to complete pre-arrival VIP arrangements • Resolve guest feedback promptly with records to guarantee satisfaction • Assist in staff appearance management, deliver on-the-job training and safety standards General requirements • Passionate about luxury hospitality with solid stress resilience • Proficient in both Chinese and English with clear and appropriate communication • Strong service awareness and team collaboration spirit.
