Senior Manager- Finance and Controlling

Your Mission To lead and strengthen the Finance & Controlling function by ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust compliance, effective cost control, and continuous process improvement, while supporting business growth in a manufacturing environment. How you will make a difference Drive timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting, ensuring transparency and reliability of financial data. Ensure end-to-end audit readiness and successful completion of statutory, internal, and external audits (including Big4 auditors). Strengthen direct and indirect tax compliance, assessments, and planning, minimizing risk and optimizing efficiency. Enhance internal controls and governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to IGAAP, IFRS, and company policies. Lead process improvements through AI and automation, improving productivity and efficiency within the Finance team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Controlling, and Company Secretary, to support strategic decision-making.
