About The Role

SUMMARY The Medical Records Technician provides non-personal, administrative, and technical support to the Aerospace and Operational Medicine Division at Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC). The primary focus of this role is the maintenance, review, and accurate data entry of aeromedical records for approximately 70,000 reservists. This position ensures that medical documentation is complete, accurately coded, and properly loaded into DoD systems to support medical readiness and the waiver adjudication process.
