Manager- Finance (Renewables)

JOB PURPOSE The Manager - Finance Renewables will be generally responsible for supporting any financing initiatives in renewable energy business including management of all compliance related issues of the existing financing facilities, managing external CRA s for credit ratings and managing current banking relationships. Liaison with lenders/Financial institutions for arranging finance for projects. Support business team for undertaking various business/cost-benefit analysis. ORGANISATION CHART AVP Finance-Mgr Finance- None Reporting to-Position-Reportees KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Transaction Support in Financial Modelling , Business Analysis, Preparation of Business Cases/Presentations /IM for prospective lenders FC for multiple projects under Renewable Business Initiate discussion with prospective lenders for potential financing opportunities Continuous activity Assistance in external credit rating from Rating Agencies Continuous activity Interactions with Legal Counsels for drafting of Financing Documents BBB & above Preparation of Working Capital Proposals , i.e. CMA Data , assessment & renewal of working capital facilities Renewals and sanctions EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS Dealing with external stakeholders including PSU & private banks, legal counsel, consultants, credit rating agencies, private funds, financial institutions, etc INTERNAL INTERACTIONS Dealing with internal stakeholders including Accounts team, PPA team, technical team, legal team and other relevant counterparts FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS Managing existing borrowings of up to Rs.1000 cr and fresh fund raising of Rs.1000-2000 cr OTHER DIMENSIONS Managing multiple lenders for project finance/WC finance Dealing with multiple credit rating agencies Dealing with multiple consultants and legal counsel Handling documentation, security creation, etc and relevant counterparties EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS CA / MBA Finance RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 8 years Experience in Power / Infrastructure / Manufacturing / Consulting COMPETENCIES
