Associate Manager - HR

JOB PURPOSE Support the CHRO in planning, tracking, and delivering strategic HR programmes for DIAL through strong analytics, governance, and cross‑functional coordination, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and execution discipline. ORGANISATION CHART CHRO | AM-HR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Drive end‑to‑end programme management of key HR initiatives (AOP, ASP, dashboards, reviews) Own HR data mining, analytics, tracking, and management reporting for the CHRO Office Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of HR metrics across businesses and entities Coordinate with HR COEs, Business HR, Finance, SSC, IT, Legal, and other enabling functions Prepare high‑impact presentations, insights, and briefing notes for leadership forums Support governance, cadence reviews, risk tracking, and compliance related to HR programmes SKILL AND COMPETENCIES Strong numerical aptitude and analytical capability Advanced MS Excel; exposure to Power BI/Tableau desirable Programme management and structured problem‑solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management High attention to detail, ownership, and execution focus CHALLANGES Managing complex data across multiple systems and stakeholders Balancing speed, accuracy, and strategic insight in a dynamic operating environment INTERNAL INTERACTIONS FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS OTHER DIMENSIONS High data intensity; qualitative and quantitative analysis Multiple stakeholders across corporate and airport operations High visibility and impact on leadership decision‑making EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS MBA HR from the institue of repute RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 1–5 years’ experience in HR PMO, HR analytics, transformation, or reporting roles Exposure to large organizations, infrastructure, aviation, or services sector preferred COMPETENCIES Personal Effectiveness Social Awareness Entrepreneurship Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking Planning & Decision Making Capability Building Strategic Orientation Stakeholder Focus Networking Execution & Results Teamwork & Interpersonal influence
