Gedeon Richter is looking for a committed and experienced professional for the position Senior Health Economics Expert Responsibilities Establish the strategic pricing and market access strategy of original drugs in development related to CNS drugs Prepare and present clear, actionable recommendations to decision makers related to original developments’ market access strategy Support the establishment of a competitive innovative pipeline from strategic pricing perspectives Coordinate pricing/payer researches with advisory companies Preparation of strategic health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across clinical, commercial and regulatory fields internally and with partners Managing pricing procedures and price revisions of original molecules, including cariprazine, on the market on an international level Keep abreast of European health systems and HTA landscape developments General business development and alliance management tasks of our innovative pipeline and portfolio within CNS Requirements A qualification in an appropriate field (university degree in Health Economics or Pharmacoeconomics) Relevant experience in Health Economics or Outcomes Research Experience in Health Economics modeling Experience in a pharmaceutical company as a health economist/market access manager in a global or regional position Experience with establishing the pricing strategy of innovative drugs Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple projects Would be a plus Experience in business development and partner/alliance management Experience and know-how regarding the drug pricing mechanism and health insurance system in the U.S. Experience in advisory segment What we offer Extensive benefits package (cafetera, stock program, private life insurance) Training and development opportunities Medical services (Medicover) Various sport and health opportunities (gym, swimming pool, AYCM) Challenging, responsible professional work Long-term employment in an innovative and secure workplace The Richter community is looking forward to your application.
