Senior Enterprise Architect

Gedeon Richter is looking for a committed and experienced professional for the position Senior Enterprise Architect Key Responsibilities Support and drive the Richter’s group level operations through strategic architecture solutions Develop and implement enterprise and domain-specific architecture strategies (business, data, application, technology) Operate the architecture governance framework and support decision-making processes Oversee architecture aspects of IT and business projects and programs Collaborate closely with various organizational units to achieve strategic goals Promote technological innovation, conduct market research, and support system integration Ensure comprehensive documentation and contribute to strategic planning and application portfolio management Contribute to strategic technology procurement by providing architectural guidance and evaluation Provide clear architectural direction and guidance to Solution Architects across initiatives Provide coaching, mentoring, and expert guidance Identify Opprotunities for process improvement and cost reduction Requirements University degree in a relevant field Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in an Enterprise Architect role Experience with capability-based design Proficiency in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, ArchiMate, UML) Fluent English (business level) Strategic thinking, excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud) Advantages Experience in a large corporate environment, preferrably corporate group Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry Experience in manufacturing and/or logistics domains\ Familiarity with ERP (SAP), CRM and other Enterprise level Systems Familiarity wit AI related opprotunities in large Corporate environments What we offer Once in a lifetime opportunity to participate in a huge enterprise redesign program Extensive benefits package (cafeteria, stock program, private life insurance) Training and development opportunities Medical services (Medicover) Various sport and health opportunities (gym, swimming pool, AYCM) Challenging, responsible professional work Long-term employment in an innovative and secure company The Richter community is looking forward to your application.
