About The Role

Gedeon Richter is looking for a committed and experienced professional for the position Customer Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across assigned regions or partner groups, ensuring OTIF and logistics cost targets are consistently met Coordinate supply and delivery execution, monitor order flow, resolve delays, and communicate production and delivery status to stakeholders Oversee returns, samples, and special shipments, making operational decisions and guiding internal teams Maintain strong collaboration with logistics providers and internal partners, supporting contract management, cost planning, and improvement initiatives Supervise inventory and replenishment processes, including stock status monitoring, reconciliations, and goods disposition decisions Evaluate delivery performance against KPIs and identify improvement opportunities in service, efficiency, and cost control Support Business Development in managing complex logistics structures such as triangle business models Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient supply chain execution Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business Economics, or a related field (Master’s is preferred) 5-8 years in supply chain management, logistics, or operations English (B2 or above) – essential for communication, negotiations, reporting, and contract handling Hungarian (native or near-native) – expected for daily operations and internal collaboration Other skills and competencies Professional Expertise End-to-end supply chain management (strategy & operations) Logistics provider management, tendering, and contracting Supply chain performance optimization (OTIF, inventory, cost) Advanced analytical and data visualization skills Proactive inventory monitoring and issue prevention Soft Skills Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication “Can-do” attitude with problem-solving mindset Analytical, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven approach Effective conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment Ability to manage complexity and ensure smooth operations What we offer Extensive benefits package (cafeteria, stock program, private life insurance) Home office opportunity (2 days /week) Flexible working hours Training and development opportunities In-house medical services and Medicover service Various sports opportunities (gym, swimming pool, AYCM) Challenging, responsible professional work Long-term employment Innovative and secure workplace The Richter community is looking forward to your application.
