About The Role
Key Responsibilities Corporate & Strategic Planning Leadership Lead the development of corporate, mid-term, and annual business plans aligned with Thailand IE strategy Translate macro trends, market intelligence, and strategic direction into clear priorities and execution roadmaps Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director on growth options, capital allocation, and scenario planning Commercial & Business Development Strategy Oversee commercial opportunity identification across industrial estates, logistics, retail-supporting uses, and ecosystem partnerships Drive tenant-led, customer-centric growth strategies aligned with evolving supply chain and logistics requirements Collaborate with Sales, Asset Management, and Development teams to ensure plans are commercially viable and executable Utility & Infrastructure Business Strategy Lead strategic planning for utility-related businesses (power, water, wastewater, gas, telecom, waste, renewable and low-carbon solutions) Develop strategies to enhance estate competitiveness, customer value, and long-term recurring income Build and manage partnerships with utility providers, authorities, and infrastructure stakeholders Master Planning, Spatial Strategy & Heat Management Oversee long-term master planning and spatial strategies for industrial and township development Integrate land use, infrastructure, environmental, mobility, and heat management considerations Ensure alignment with commercial objectives, operational efficiency, sustainability, ESG, and regulatory requirements Regional & Cross-functional Alignment Collaborate with regional teams (SEA) to align Thailand strategies with broader growth plans Act as a key interface between Corporate Planning and functions including Development, Operations, ESG, Finance, Legal, and Digital Support regional and group-level strategic initiatives Leadership, Capability & Change Enablement Build and lead a high-performing corporate planning team Promote data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking Drive transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement Commercial, Risk & Performance Management Oversee development budgets, cost control, and investment planning Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and governance standards Monitor KPIs, risks, and performance, and report to senior leadership Job Requirements Experience Minimum 15–20 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, business development, or large-scale property/infrastructure development Proven senior leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams Strong track record in strategic planning, market intelligence, and cross-functional coordination Experience in industrial estates, logistics, utilities, infrastructure, or mixed-use development Experience in regional or multinational environments; Southeast Asia exposure preferred Ability to engage effectively with Board-level and senior executives
