One Bangkok : Executive, Special Project

Responsibilities Position overview will cover five pillars of responsibility. 1. Business Development - Assess land potential, conduct feasibility studies, and analyze market trends. - Stay updated on city planning regulations and major development projects. - Develop master plans, define project vision, and optimize land use. - Estimate project development costs. 2. Strategy & Investment - Identify new land and investment opportunities through feasibility and market analysis. - Monitor industry trends and explore collaborations aligned with company goals. - Prepare executive-level presentations. 3. Project Management & Coordination - Review preliminary designs and provide input before BMA submission. - Manage executive schedules, communications, and stakeholder coordination. - Maintain relationships with government and external parties. 4. Executive Presentation - Develop presentations and content for top management and external collaborations. - Support public speaking engagements and executive communications. 5. Cross-Functional Support - Assist Business Unit Management and coordinate with stakeholders as required. Key Qualification ● Bachelors in faculty of Architecture Preferably in urban design ● A Master’s degree in real estate, Economics or related fields will be advantageous. ● Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Development in Real Estate Business. **Entry level candidates are welcome to apply** ● Basic knowledge of City Plannings (ผังเมือง) and Urban Design is a must. ● Excellent command in Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp as well as adaptability skills for use of Adobe and other similar programs. ● Feasibility study in real estate projects (eg. site analysis, law & regulations related to building control and real estate, market study). ● Master Plan Development (eg. program and zoning, conceptual plan, mass study) ● Project Management & Coordination ● Good communication (written and verbal), numeracy, presentation, and analytical skills. ● The ability to think creatively or think outside the box. ● A good team player. ● Fast learner and open-minded. ● Strong logical thinking and being detail oriented as well. ● Ability to perform multitasking in a complex environment with a strong dynamic mindset in a fast-paced environment.
