About The Role

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Field Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on the high-volume recruitment of salaried restaurant management talent across our Firebirds locations. The Field Recruiter will partner closely with our Operations and Human Resources teams to identify, attract, and hire strong restaurant leaders. We are looking for someone who understands the hospitality industry, knows how to connect with restaurant professionals, and can successfully manage multiple openings and markets at the same time.
