Job Title: Décor Installer

Liaises with: Dispatch, Floral, Operations, Special Events, Production, Laundry/ Rental

Assist with building, installation, setup, and removal of décor and rental items.

Install, set up, and remove décor/rental items including tents, tables, chairs, and linens.
Maintenance and upkeep of all rental equipment.
Meet deadlines and work within time restrictions as indicated on Event Setup paperwork.
Respond to customer needs and focus on meeting or exceeding customer expectations by working with attention to detail and safety.
Customer Orientated.
Adherence to safety and training instructions.
Ensure all company items are handled with care; immediately report any changes or if items need maintenance to Production Supervisor.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience relevant to the role.
Capable of working under time restrictions, ability to understand and react to changing priorities.
Ability to lift heavy items 40-60 pounds in weight.
Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and a professional presentation and approach to work.
The ability to work well within a team and be willing to take direction.
Strong knowledge of street routes and major landmarks
Full driving license preferred.
Candidates having carpentry and electrical working experience will be given preference.
Education requirement: Basic education with good spoken English
Hours of work will vary due to the timing of events, workload, and seasonality of the business. Normal Business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday and normal working hours per week are 45 hours from Monday to Saturday.
