EUC Regional Lead

As the EUC lead you will join our Global End User Services team. Reporting to the Head of Workplace technology, this is a busy and highly visible role requiring a strong information technology background and a passion for delivering great service. You’ll be managing a small team of 10 - 2nd line support engineers in our busy Hyderabad office. You will help resolve 2nd line support queries, as well as co-ordinate with senior stakeholders on site and support with projects such as migrations, upgrades, and office technology improvements.
