Home Association Analyst

The HOA Analyst is responsible for providing support to the HOA Operations Team and HOA Relationship Managers. The position requires in-depth understanding of HOA processing in a banking environment. The position works closely with the HOA Relationship Management team to resolve and track reported issues to resolution. Ability to make independent decisions regarding customer requests using overall knowledge of both Banking rules and regulations and HOA Operations. The HOA analyst will work closely with the HOA relationship managers as well as the Business Market Leaders (BML'S).
