About The Role

Lead PSM strengthening across quantification, procurement, inventory management, distribution, and last-mile delivery, providing technical assistance to MoH and health facilities at all levels- Assess and scale up the open eLMIS, identify system bottlenecks, and develop evidence-based solutions to strengthen supply chain performance- Develop and update PSM SOPs, training curricula, and policy documents with MoH counterparts, and support transition planning toward full government ownership- Identify data and technology requirements, liaise with developers, and translate technical needs between government users, developers, and non-technical staff- Design and deliver capacity-building programmes and supportive supervision for MoH staff across provincial and facility levels-...
