About The Role

Map the NDOH and Treasury budget cycle, identify critical decision points, and co-develop a consolidated annual planning and budgeting calendar to guide all EPI program and finance interactions.- Facilitate routine coordination mechanisms between NDOH, Finance, and the Department of Treasury to resolve planning, budgeting, and execution bottlenecks in real time.- Map programme-finance workflows and gaps at central and sub-national levels, and co-design coordination protocols with clear ownership of fund-release and requisition processes.- Support the EPI program to develop fully costed annual operational plans, prepare budget submissions and supporting documentation, and translate agreed priorities into evidence-based budget packages for Treasury.- Audit the procurement planning...
