This role involves the delivery of carpentry works ranging from minor reactive repairs through to full kitchen installation and reinstatement fit-outs within domestic and commercial restoration projects. You will work on diverse projects, providing high-quality carpentry expertise and ensuring all work meets our stringent standards.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced carpenter to deliver quality work on varied restoration projects within a supportive and growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesFirst and second fix carpentryDoor and frame installationSkirting, architrave, and finishing carpentryStud partition constructionFlooring installationMinor structural timber repairsAccurate measuring and setting outFull kitchen removal and installationCabinet fitting and alignmentWorktop installation including laminate and solid surface materialsIntegration of appliancesCoordination with plumbing and electrical tradesAdjustment, finishing, and snag rectificationExecution of minor repairs and patch worksPartial kitchen replacements and full kitchen strip-out and reinstatementWorking within occupied domestic properties in a professional and courteous mannerWorking to agreed programmes and deadlinesCompliance with health and safety requirements on siteSkills, Knowledge, and ExpertiseNVQ Level 2 in Site Carpentry or equivalent demonstrable experienceFull UK Driving LicenceAbility to undertake first and second fix carpentry to a high standardCompetency in kitchen installation and fittingAccurate measuring, marking out, and fitting skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other tradesWhat We're Looking For:We seek a skilled and professional carpenter who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
