Under the direction of the Manager, Ottawa Inner-City Health (OICH), the Supervisor, Ottawa Inner-City Health (OICH) is responsible for daily delivery of services provided by Client Care Workers (CCWs), including staff services issues. The Supervisor organizes and supports the orientation of new staff, identifies and follows up with job performance issues, collaborates with the OICH clinical team to ensure CCWs follow the care plan and all updates.
