WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST is seeking an Operations Associate, who will play a vital role in supporting a range of client service functions. This position involves managing scheduling and marketing platforms, maintaining and utilizing the CRM system, and ensuring timely and effective communication with colleagues across many different groups. As a collaborative team member, the Operations Associate will coordinate schedules across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of engagements.
