Job Title Wind Energy Lead N+1 of Job Title IND Manager Devision IND Working location Vietnam General Description Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures. Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities Lead preparation of technical proposals, resource planning, cost estimates, and project schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal standards for Renewable Energy proect Supervise site activities, providing technical guidance and oversight during installation, commissioning, and performance verification phases. Manage Technical Due Diligence (TDD), feasibility studies, Energy Yield Assessments (EYA), and WTG suitability analyses to support investment and design decisions. Ensure effective communication and coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M teams for smooth project execution. Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, innovative technical solutions, and optimization of project control processes. Manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of reports, compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), and resolution of project issues. Coach and mentor team members to enhance project management capability and technical excellence across the organization. Stay current with industry standards, technological advancements, and legislative updates relevant to the renewable energy sector. Job Qualifications Engineering degree; At least 5 years of experience in Wind Energy industry; Fluent in writing and speaking English Trustworthy, high integrity Courtesy and respect individual Professional behaviors Be open-minded and mature Strong leadership skill Posses sound judgement, analytical skills and tenacity Has the ability to perceive situations in a realistic way, to understand complex operations from a broad perspective, and to understand the role of individual units within the overall organisation Sensitive to company policies and results driven Exhibits good credibility Entrepreneur/self-starter with good ethical reputation Autonomous, team worker and team builder Dynamic, enthusiastic, adaptable, persistent.
