Job Title BD Assistant/Executive N+1 Job Title BD Manager Devision B&I Working location Vietnam A. Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities Actively search for new construction project leads through market research, networking, attending events, and utilizing CRM tools. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. Prepare comprehensive proposals, including project scope, cost estimates, and timelines, to present to potential clients. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations to identify new business opportunities. Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth project transition and execution. Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients outlining the company's capabilities and value proposition. Track sales opportunities through the sales funnel and manage a consistent pipeline of potential projects. B. Job Qualifications University degree, with Technical, Marketing backgrounds is advantage. Construction industry knowledge (preferred): Understanding of construction processes, project phases, and relevant regulations. Networking abilities: Strong ability to build relationships with key decision-makers within the construction industry Sales skills: Proven experience in lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation Communication skills: Fluent in English/ Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market data and identify potential opportunities CRM proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage sales pipeline
